This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-moving Ecommerce company. The Technical Operations Manager we are seeking should be able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Candidates are expected to cultivate a deep knowledge of and interest in the Ecommerce field (Especially Amazon.com, Buy.com, Ebay....)
Responsibilities are wide-ranging but include:
- Inventory Management System maintenance
- Manage a Windows 2003 Server
- Uploading and Importing Marketplace Orders, Inventory Updates
- Customized Reports (Experience with MS Access, SQL required)
- Provide Technical Support on a for 20+ users (Network, Printing, Software issues...)
- Help implement Interprise ERP System
- Work across different departments to help meet Business and Technical needs (Strong Communication skills are required).
College Degree in Computer Science is preferred but we also welcome candidates with strong experience.
